RESET Scholars took a field trip to the EY office in McLean, Virginia, on April 10, 2026. Through the Elements of Consulting interactive session, Scholars connected with EY professionals, gained insight into the Consulting service line, and explored what sets EY apart.

Participants engaged in hands-on activities to build career-ready skills and had the opportunity to network with both peers and industry professionals.

“Our collaboration with the Catalyst not only enhances the students’ educational experiences but also enables EY to benefit from new perspectives and insights brought by emerging talent,” said EY Supervising Associate for Campus Recruiting Lolita Hill, who coordinated the field trip. “Together, we are building a brighter future for both the students and the industry.”
