With over 15 years of experience in higher education, I am a dedicated and results-driven program manager specializing in event management, alumni engagement, and diversity initiatives. In my current role as the Retention Manager for the Computing Catalyst, I have successfully developed and executed impactful programs such as the Catalyst Mentoring Program, Diversity Conference Scholarship Program, Tech Block Party, and the RESET Project. As a native Texan and Latina, I am passionate about fostering student success, creating inclusive environments, and advancing diversity in technology.
